This 20-rib Crown Roast of Pork stuffed with Wild Rice Pilaf is the definite centerpiece of any holiday table!

We enjoy serving this at room temperature and we heat the gravy on stovetop. But if your preference is to serve it hot/warm, it can be reheated at 350 degrees Fahrenheit in the oven for 15 minutes, covered in foil. Please be sure to refrigerate leftovers and enjoy it the next day by slicing it and quickly searing it on a hot pan/griddle with melted butter.
